Whether mental or physical, using tools like medication or therapy or not; whether self-directed or seeking professional diagnosis, this is a space where you can receive advice and support.

I work in Disability Services at a college, and I’m always willing to answer questions. I also am the recipient of various Disability Services, and can answer questions likewise.

This blog actively fights the attempted shaming of people who have institutional barriers that prevent them from receiving a paper diagnosis, or otherwise have considerations that preclude diagnosis as a viable option for them.
